Getting Faster

I did the loop (3.2 hilly miles) in 36 minutes. About 10 minutes faster than usual! My calf muscle hurts though. My goal is to do the loop in 30 minutes. If I can do the loop in 30 minutes then I’ll add 2 miles to my run.

Still thinking about doing the Half in November. I hope I can do it.

Andraya and i won City Finals Saturday for T2 tennis. That’s our second crystal ball and our 17th consecutive match without a loss! We have never lost. We are getting cocky.

Today I will ride Blue 6 miles. Plus, I think I have tennis practice. I’m wasting time online on facebook and politics. oy vey. I need to do the bookkeeping for NAB and also clean the house! I will vacuum today.,
